You can contact our data protection officer, Dr. Werner, by email d.werner@jurando.de or by mail using the above mentioned address with the addition “data protection officer”.

III. For what purposes and on which legal basis are we processing personal data?

  1. Visit on our website

A purely informative visit, when you do not register or transmit information to us, we only collect those personal data that is transmitted to us by your browser:

  • browser type and browser version

  • used operating system

  • referrer URL

  • hostname of accessing computer

  • time of server request

  • IP-address

Those data are technically necessary for us, in order to show our website, to guarantee the stability and security and to optimize our service.

Legal basis is Art. 6, para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO whereby our legitimate interest results in the mentioned purposes.

We will delete those data after 7 days at the latest. An additional storage of data will only take place after the IP address was deleted or anonymised.

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are tiny text files that are saved on your hard drive that is assigned to the used browser and through which we receive certain information.

Legal basis is to be found in art. 6, para. 1 S 1lit f. DSGVO whereby our legitimate interest results from the mentioned purposes. Is the reason for the contact a conclusion of a contract or if the contact is made within an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is art. 6, para. 1 S. 1 lit b DSGVO.

The data will be deleted after the request has been finalised. In addition, you can object to the processing any time.

  1. Registration

The information of the requested data during the registration is voluntary. They are only personal data for us when you give us information like e.g. user name or an email address that gives conclusions being drawn to your person. We recommend a pseudonym use.

When you are registered and logged in with your access data, you will find a link in the field of “my profile“ with the marking “delete complete profile and all data”. When you click on that link, all your data will be deleted. Furthermore you will be able to change all data in this field.

We will only send emails to the given email address during registration about the registration, an available update of the Home Server and information on possible server problems. We will also send an email to this address to reset the password in case you should have forgotten your password.

When your account that has been created during registration will be unused for more than a year, we will delete the account and all additional saved data.

Legal basis is to be found in art. 6, para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

The complete registration process is carried out to prevent unauthorized access by a third party SSL protected.

IV. What rights do you have?

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right to correction or deletion

  • Right to objection of processing

  • Right to data transferability

You may complain about us at the data protection authority.

When you have given us your approval, you may revoke it anytime without affecting the legitimacy of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
